Welcome to learn about our story
It started in 2012, in a room lit by soldering irons and shared ambition. Mr. Liao and a group of friends, bound by a single passion, huddled over a workbench cluttered with prototypes. The air was thick with the smell of circuitry and a relentless dream to redefine flight. This was the humble beginning of STARTFPV.
Ten co-founders, united by a vision, invested more than just capital; they poured thirteen years of unwavering belief into a shared mission. We asked a simple yet powerful question: “What if gear could feel not like a tool, but an extension of the pilot—responding to every instinct, every heartbeat?”
The answer began in the virtual sky.
We saw that the market, then dominated by brands like BAITA, was missing the point. Pilots faced lag, low-quality feeds, and a fractured experience. We started with our simulator training system, creating a risk-free universe where skills could be honed and dreams could take flight, crash, and rise again—countless times.
Our deep connection to our users, especially in North America which now drives nearly 50% of our revenue, became our compass. We listened, we learned, and we engineered.
The simulator controller was crafted for intuitive, immersive feel. The radio transmitter was engineered for split-second, reliable response—forging an unbreakable bond between pilot and machine. The video transmission system was refined to deliver a crystal-clear view, extending your sight to the horizons. Our FPV backpacks were designed to carry your entire mission reliably, from urban landscapes to rugged trails.
And in our labs, the future is taking shape today, as we relentlessly research the next generation of quadcopter technology.
